Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.1.1735: can't build with tiny features
• 8.1.1734: the evalfunc.c file is too big
• 8.1.1733: the man ftplugin leaves an empty buffer behind
• 8.1.1732: completion in cmdwin does not work for buffer-local commands
• 8.1.1731: command line history not read from viminfo on startup
• 8.1.1730: wrong place for mark viminfo support
