Fixes bugs in ie11 #45

In this PR:

Removes implicit rule name (function.name) use in favor of an explicit rule name.
Fixes bug related to radio/checkbox inputs (see Dynamic input field type renders invalid code in IE11 vuejs/vue#8379)
