When using the TalkBack screen reader the header and the footer of a ListView are handled as items even if header and footer are actually unset. So the indexing starts with two for the first item and the total item count is two more than the actual item count.
This issue is a duplicate of #4090 which is closed but not fixed.
For the .NET MAUI issue see dotnet/maui#3995.
Steps to Reproduce
create a ListView with at least one item and without a header and without a footer
activate TalkBack
tap on an item in the ListView
Expected Behavior
TalkBack starts indexing with one for the first item and reads out the correct number of items.
Actual Behavior
TalkBack starts indexing with two for the first item and the read out total item count is two more than the actual item count.
