Integrate new animated viewpoint functionality

Integrate the newly added viewpoint animation functionality into toolkit components where applicable.

• Authenticator - No viewpoint interaction
• BasemapGallery - No viewpoint interaction
• Bookmarks - Already supported via a modifier the example usage just needs to be updated [Bookmarks] Rename init parameter, update example usage #284
• FloatingPanel - No viewpoint interaction
• FloorFilter - Already partially supported through monitoring changes to the selection parameter
  • Note that doing this will collide with the automatic viewpoint based selection so no viewpoint should be provided to the component. Either the user or the app needs to drive viewpoint changes. We could probably take a further look at this and support both simultaneously.
• OverviewMap - No viewpoint interaction
• Popup - No viewpoint interaction
• Scalebar - No viewpoint interaction

• Search - [Search] Add geoViewProxy parameter, support viewpoint animation #300
• UtilityNetworkTrace - [UN Trace] - Rename viewPoint to screenPoint, support viewpoint animation, make proxy a non-binding property #303
