What do these changes do?

• Only testers can create templates
• Save also tags when creating templates Not as straight forward as I thought Copy Tags from template2study and study2template #1517
• Hide description from templates cards
• Markdown links open in new tab
• Markdown link's color follow theme
• Can edit study details (title, description etc) also inside study, not only on the dashboard view Requires a bit of refactoring Can edit study details also inside study, not only on the dashboard view #1519
