📝 Documentation: File issues for increasing unit test coverage

• I have searched for related issues and found none that matched my issue.

Overview

Merged test coverage is just under 93%. That means that >7% of this template is not run in any of the end-to-end tests or unit tests. I don't think we specifically need 100%, but I bet there are some areas that could be given unit tests.

I'll go through the merged report on https://app.codecov.io/gh/JoshuaKGoldberg/create-typescript-app to see if there are any potential areas that could have a contribution to add more testing.
