How make the plugin render on unfocused markdown windows, because currently for me it only renders when cursor enters the window (lsp.buf.hover).

I dont know if this is intended or not, I remember before that this plugin used to render the LSP hover window even when it is not focused.

This should already work, I'd recommend updating the plugin to the latest version if it's not, there were some edge cases with lazy loading that should now be resolved.

If it still doesn't work I'll need to know your configuration for this plugin, distribution you're using (if using one), and the plugin manager you're using.

i've updated to latest and it is still the same. i dont use a neovim distro. using lazy.nvim for the plugin manager and here's my config for the plugin.

just tested using nvim 0.10.4 and it works as expected. its just that nvim 0.11.0(nightly) doesnt and it just attaches to the buffer but does not render it until the cursor enters the hover window.

Huh, might be related to changes in treesitter parsing (async behavior?), will look into it

Ended up being a different change in 0.11, fixed after: b57d51d
