Users on AM2 plan that have transaction based alerts, and who are impacted by dynamic sampling should be notified that there is action required from their side. From the notification they should be navigated to Alerts list UI with filter pre-applied.

  • Alerts details page should contain a CTA saying that they maybe need to readjust their thresholds
  • On edit page, show the data from generic metrics and the current thresholds
  • (optional) from extrapolation endpoint get a scaling factor and use it to suggest new thresholds

This design proposal for a similar feature can be reused
