Since laravel/ui#212 was merged into the Laravel/UI package to bring Bootstrap 5 support, I thought it may be time to revisit #36468. But, this approach makes it opt-in instead of replacing the existing Bootstrap 4 pagination in the framework as I did in the original PR. The default matches with the Tailwind default styling while the simple pagination is still the existing Bootstrap 4 style.
