sandialabs/MATLAB_PV_LIB#1 tipped me off to the fact that a few of our tmy 3 column names are 1) undocumented and 2) inconsistent. This PR fixes those problems. I changed 'PresWth source' to 'PresWthSource', and 'PresWth uncert' to 'PresWthUncertainty'. It also has a few pep8 fixes.
