It does look like the bug I was hoping this would fix was fixed in Catch2 2.13.5. |

Description
I'm not sure if this is related to pypy/binary-testing#54, but I noticed we are loading two different versions of catch2, and it's a bit out of date, let's use the last 2.x release everywhere. (3.x require C++14+).
