What's in this pull request?

After talking with @mrmrs on Twitter, I've rebased onto their branch in #145 and applied their style to rst files that are using inline CSS given that the original file is now mostly haiku.

Resolved bug number: (SR-)


Before merging this pull request to apple/swift repository:
