Bug Report Checklist

Overview

#796 -> #831 was harder to debug than expected because the main CI output in GitHub Actions didn't include the actual failures. I had to download the logs manually (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/monitoring-and-troubleshooting-workflows/using-workflow-run-logs#downloading-logs) and search for them.

Let's mention this in the docs.
